He has over 30 years’ experience in London real estate, including 13 years with JLL where he was Head of the Central London investment teams, an International Director and an Executive Board Member of the UK business. He left to co-found Corbett Northam with Chris in 2016.

With an extensive industry network, Damian has built strong relationships with executive directors and investors across the world, giving Corbett Northam a wide perspective and competitive edge. He acts as a long-term trusted adviser to institutional and ultra-high net worth clients including the Reuben Brothers, Derwent London and the M1 Group.

He spent 25 years with JLL where he was Head of City Investment and an International Director. Throughout his career, he has acted as a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients including Hermes, CPPIB, Legal & General and Lendlease. He co-founded Corbett Northam with Damian in 2016.

Chris is proud to have worked as an investment advisor on landmark London projects in diverse locations including Aldgate, to Kings Cross and Mayfair.

He has over 23 years’ experience in London property including 19 years at Deloitte Real Estate, latterly leading the Transactions business. He joined Corbett Northam as a partner in 2018.

He’s proud to have acted for key market clients including Global Holdings, Derwent London, the Terrence Higgins Trust and Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s Really Useful Group where he handled the sale of landmark London theatres including the Garrick, the Apollo and the Palace among others.
